We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only for the following:
Size exchange, subject to availability.
Store credit, where an exchange cannot be fulfilled
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- in original condition.
- free from marks, stains, odours, makeup, deodorant, or damage.
- returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.
Faulty items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ourpeople.shop with your order number and clear images of the issue.If approved, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where required
Return process
To request a return, please contact info@ourpeople.shop within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return. If your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions as promptly as possible.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Final sale
All sale items purchased during promotional periods are considered final sale and are not not be eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind
