We keep things simple and transparent. Plead read the below carefully before purchasing.
Shipping
Domestic (Australia):
All Australian orders will be dispatched via AusPost to help ensure your recieve your parcel as swiftly as possible.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. If you meet our free shipping threshold ($250 aud), free shipping will automatically apply at checkout.
Processing times
We make an effort to quickly pack + dispatch orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches, new drops, and promotional periods, dispatch times may be longer.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).
Delivery timeframe
Delivery timeframes begin once your order is dispatched. Delivery times will vary by destination and can be affected by peak periods and carrier delays.
Typically, standard shipping will likely arrive 3-6 business days after dispatch, whereas express shipping will likely arrive 1-4 business days after dispatch.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or a failed delivery attempt, you may be required to cover the cost of re-shipping.
Lost / Delayed parcels
If your order looks delayed, contact us and we'll assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will support you with a resolution.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If any item is faulty, not as described, or has a major failure, you may be entitled to a remedy.
